As one of the first states to embrace endorsement, New Mexico has been dealing with creative ways to offer training and reflective supervision that meet the competencies for Infant Mental Health Endorsement. Jacqui Van Horn, who is a leader in New Mexico, has left her position as endorsement chair to be able to offer needed reflective supervision and training that addresses the competencies at a fairly low cost. These opportunities are not affiliated with a college or university but do fill gaps for people who have college education that lack this specialty. In Kansas we will be observing what other states do and continue to provide you with ways to fill in your missing pieces. (website)
