• Strong correlation with posttraumatic disorder ( VA study, Escalona et al, 2004)

• Diagnosis with 8 symptoms: Eg

• 4 pain symptoms

• 1 sexual dysfunction

• 2 gastrointestinal symptoms

• 2 pseudoneurological symptoms
